RC this is an AWESOME use of the pan!!! I love Dahi Vada and never make since I don’t like to fry. I tried your receipe and it was a huge hit in our family. Not only have you provided me with an awesome healthy dahi vada receipe but you have also given me a new use for this pan of mine. Thanks! Love your blog and just recently found it….am excited to try out many other receipes.
