Hi … I stumbled upon ur blog .. i was craving french fries… urs r so much better .. I made them today … I did 3 potatoes wedges and 10 mins each side and around 8 mins broil..Delish….. I love ur blog and Im going to buy the appey pan as soon as I can.. I love that ur recipes are healthy…

Basil and Potatoes are such a made for each other combination, one must seriously not use any other herb for this recipe!!
