&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; Tina, that is a tough one. :-) I have not experimented without baking powder, but I looked around the net and found that if you use Self rising flour, that might be a good option instead of AP flour and you don&#039;t have to use baking powder. But I also read that the cake might become hard without the baking powder. Hope that helps. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;</description>
