		<description>Deadra, I haven&#039;t tried this with quinoa flour as you said maybe that makes the difference. For cocoa I use Hershey&#039;s cocoa powder. Hope that helps.

What sort of chocolate are you using? Maybe it&#039;s because of the flour I used, i&#039;m gluten intelorant so I used quinoa flour instead of regular wheat flour.</description>
