I have bookmarked it and gonna try it right away.And the pistachio on top, just awesome.</description>

Thanks Madhuram. The way you describe your DH he does have very healthy habits. I never thought of eating this with rasam or with buttermilk. Very creative and healthy. I am a die-hard fan of rice and need to cut it down.
Ouch! wonder what has happened to my site. Thanks for letting me know, I will keep an eye on it.

Thanks Miri. I used to be that way, but now I am a fan of oats. I add lots of liquit to it when I make it and that way the oats are not prominent. That said I cannot stand mushroom and tofu :-(. That is where I draw my lines :-)
