		<description>I love smoothies for breakfast or anytime for that matter. I also prefer to make them right before drinking. For best texture, I prefer to use some frozen fruits and yogurt not milk. To prepare the night before cut up the fruits (except banana)and put in the blender. Keep the blender in the fridge. In the morning, just throw in the banana, juice and yogurt and give it a whizz.</description>
