I tried this muffin today and it came out well. I did not have enough banana so I used half apple sauce and half banana. It does look moist. I am going to wait andsee for tomorrow. Thanks for the recipie.
BTW i also used some sliced almonds.

Priya thanks. To be frank I only made 6 muffins and they were gone in no time. They did not even last the next day. I have added some butter to this while the original recipe is totally fat free. I think that might keep this a little softer the next day.

I tried making choc chip muffins from recipiezaar. It was mice when warm. Next day they were too dry. How moist was your ones the next day?plz let me know
