  1. simple curries. why don’t you send it to my cooking basics event? i haven’t made this beans curry. would love to try.

Definitely Mahimaa by all means 🙂

  2. Monday is the busiest for me because we relax on weekend and then it starts on Monday, whole cooking and chores etc.
Love both palyas, tastes great with chapatis. I made Cabbage palya with akki rottis y’day! 🙂

  3. Aloo, matar and gajar make for such a great marriage. The dish looks beautiful with all those healthy colors. I make a beans subzi very like the palya you’ve posted, but I usually don’t use onions– they must be delicious in there.

  4. Hi,

Last week, We had dinner at a friend’s place and she had prepared Aloo Matar Gajar/ Potato Carrot Peas Dry curry which I liked a lot. I noted the receipe and now I find the same thing here. (What a coincidence).

  6. supriya, regarding pasta sauce…first alternative is regular white sauce or second one(DD’s fav.) easy cheese sauce….simmer one portion milk with 2 portion cheese(i use cheddar + mozzarella) season with garlic & italian sesoning+black pepper, rest of the recipe same.

I hope it will be of some help.
