Thanks Aparna. Unfortunately I do not see good quality kokum in the Indian stores here in the US. They are very dry and pale.
We usually get bagful of them when we come back from India.

I’ve had Kokum rasam in India and simply loved the taste of the fruit! So seeing your Kokum kadi made me really excited. I did not know that Kokum is available in the US also. Is it available in grocery stores?
