Baingan Bharta is smoked Eggplant cooked with onions, tomatoes and other spices. This is one of the famous delicacies of North India. Last week while driving to work, I heard a radio show host mention that a natural way to condition the hair was to apply a combination of mashed bananas, olive oil and leaving it on for about 30 minutes.
