Spring Berry Salad

Call this the spring salad or even summer salad, or any other name of choice but this is good for any day of the season. For the recent Ganesh Chathurthi, I asked the kiddo which sweet he wanted to eat that day, so that I could make it for him. “Yellow laddoo” he replied without a blink.
