Semi Dry spicy Okra (Bhindi) Curry

Okra is a favorite in our family; so a trip to the Indian grocery is not complete without buying a bagful of fresh okras.  Luckily for us, it is available all the year round. I prefer using the fresh variety as I have not had good luck with the frozen ones.
