Oven Baked Potato Basil Fries/ Healthy French Fries

Oven baked potatoes fries are a frequent at our house especially on Sunday’s. This along with our regular Lima Beans Saar, Upkari and a salad is something that makes our Sunday lunch special. This is a very good alternative to those deep-fried fat laden potato fries. Peeled potato are cut into strips and then baked in the oven. Sesame coated Falafel /Spicy Bean Pattis

Madhu of Ruchii had sent me Arusuvai gifts about a month and half ago. I received the package at work and I excitedly opened it, my heart filled with warmth and anticipation. The package consisted of Rasam powder, Amchur powder, Raspberry tea, coasters and a thoughtfully written greeting card.
