My morning starts off with 2 pieces of wheat bread toast, spread with some fruit jam on it (usually strawberry) along with a cup of tea. My dear friend Upsi makes the best Methi (Fenugreek leaves) Pakodas. Whenever she makes them at home, she is sweet enough to bring some for us as well. Pakodas made with Fenugreek are new to us and we had not tasted it before. Of course, we have had onions pakodas and they are our all time indulging favorites. Instant Dosa
In our family we are totally biased towards the regular Urad Dosa. Hands down, we would prefer it any day, any time over the Instant Dosas, Rava Dosas etc. Even though making the urad dosa is not hard, preparing the batter is time consuming which requires prep work of grinding and time for fermentation.
