I found your website by chance. Have a question about eggless mango cake. I am thinking of making it in a mini muffin pan in paper muffin liners. What do you think, would it work? Wanted to have it portioned without having to cut the cake.
Muffins should work just fine. They might get baked sooner than the regualr cake, so keep an eye.
